You’re minding your own business is seat 26A as you climb through 14,000 when suddenly a door plug blows out next to you and you’re hit with 150 MPH winds! Yikes. Subsequent federal safety investigations show a systemic lack of quality control at the planes’ maker. Specifically, a lack of training at the vendor who assembles the fuselage. Poor training can have deadly outcomes.
